University of Gloucestershire — hygiene only
BSc Dental Hygiene announced for September 2027 at City Campus, Gloucester. The university states that the course is subject to validation and GDC approval.
University of Sunderland — separate hygiene and therapy routes
Dental Hygiene, Dental Therapy and a Dental Hygiene apprenticeship are planned for 2027/28, subject to GDC approval. These are separate proposed courses, not a confirmed combined qualification.
The GDC has not yet made its final approval decision. Ask the provider about the status and arrangements for your intake before accepting a place.
